Privacy

Privacy and personal information.

GEOACQ collects only the information reasonably required to respond to inquiries, process applications, provide requested services, and operate this website. Information submitted through public forms is used for the purpose for which it was provided and is not intended for public display.

Website inquiries

Contact, project, partnership, support, bid and GeoBot inquiries may include your name, organization, contact details, message, routing category, source page and relevant conversation context so GEOACQ can follow up appropriately.

While a GeoBot conversation is in progress, unfinished chat, contact and attachment references may be retained temporarily in the browser session so information is not lost during normal page refreshes. This session draft is cleared after a successful inquiry handoff or when the browser session storage is cleared.

Inquiry documents and AI-assisted intake

GeoBot may let you upload project material such as drawings, sketches, photographs, spreadsheets or other supported documents. Inquiry attachments are stored privately and may be processed temporarily by an AI-assisted intake workflow to identify project context and reduce repeated data entry. Uploaded files and automated summaries remain visitor-provided evidence and are not treated as verified engineering, legal, regulatory, commercial or project facts without appropriate review.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identification, health information, or material you are not authorized to share. GEOACQ may use the conversation, attached files, source information and contact details together to prepare and route the inquiry you choose to submit.

Career applications

Career applications may include contact information, screening responses and a résumé. Application documents are treated as private recruitment information and are not intended for public access.

Access, correction or removal

If you want to ask about personal information you submitted, request a correction, or request removal where applicable, contact privacy@geoacq.com.

Third-party services

This website may use third-party services for functions such as appointment scheduling and infrastructure hosting. When you choose to use those services, their own privacy terms may also apply.
